Close the crayon.
Cut the yarn and weave in the end.
Make 2 more crayons.
You can now choose to join all the crayons together.
To do this, thread your tapestry needle with black yarn and place the crayons side by side.
Starting with the crayon on the right:
-
Insert the needle through Round 4 (the black round at the bottom).
-
Cross over into the next crayon and repeat, working across until you reach the crayon on the left.
-
From there, bring the yarn upward through the left crayon and exit at Round 16 (the black round at the top).
-
Work back across through the next two crayons to secure them together.
-
Finally, go down through the crayon on the right and join the yarn to your starting point.
For extra strength, you can repeat the process one more time. Cut the yarn, secure it, and fasten off.
