I made a few tiny tea and coffee mugs over the years and love making them for who ever asks for them. Been told I should make a bunch and sell them but I don’t crochet to make money, I do it because I love it plus I don’t want to get tied down to having to make the same thing over and over because people see something they like and that’s what they want, I like to create original as much as possible. this mug is really adored. I am going to pin it to give me more ideas. Thank You!

    1. Hi Debbie, Thank you for your message. I totally understand about making the same item over and over. I do not think I would enjoy it neither. Thnak you for your nice words. I am glag you like the little mug.

  2. round 9: [1 sc in all st]. (18). NB: place a stitch marker in the BLO of the first st of the round.
    what does the NB mean

      1. the only blo round is in rnd 4 which is to early to make the brown, please make a video on this cup it is to confusing after round 8

    1. Hi, no sorry, I don’t have any videos. If you scroll down a little, you will see a picture of round 9 with a stitch marker (I used a strand of yellow yarn). This is just to find easily the first stitch of round 9 as you will have to join the brown yarn (for the coffee part) in this stitch. Does it make more sense?

      1. i saw all that but there is not a blo except rnd 4
i have the reat of the breakfast done just the cup is confusing
        ty for your time

        1. Hi Jeri, I cannot make a video tonight but I added some pictures to try to help you. Check at the end of the post. Let me know if it helps.

          1. Maybe it would be clearer if you separated the coffee from the cup in the instructions.
Having row 11 being crocheted into the back loops of row 9 is a little confusing for those who cannot visualize a project completely.
I love this little cup idea!! I am thinking of stuffing with catnip and letting the kitties have at it!
