Determine the position of the eyes between Rounds 20 and 21, spaced by 3 st BUT DO NOT ATTACH THEM YET! You first want to make the eyelashes with the black yarn and your tapestry needle (see pictures below for some help). Once the eyelashes are done, you can put your eyes back and fix them.
With some black yarn and your tapestry needle, make a mouth.
With some pink yarn and your tapestry needle, make the cheeks below the eyes.
- Round 28: [1 sc, 1 dec] x6. (12)

Close the popsicle and cut the yarn.
With some pink yarn, make a little bow and sew it to the popsicle (I basically made my bow just the same way I lace my shoes).
